Mount
Mount scores the most points and is the hardest pin to escape. The top player controls the hips, climbs toward the armpits and attacks with armbars, arm triangles and collar chokes, or slides to technical mount and the back. The bottom player relies on the bridge-and-roll (upa) and the elbow-knee escape, and on not giving up the arms while doing so.
